This website is operated by Hearty Flavors SGP Pte. Ltd. (“Hearty Flavors”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of heartyflavors.co, including the information, products, features and services available through our website.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Products & Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs, ingredients and other information are accurate and up to date.

However, product packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed online. We may also update packaging, product descriptions or other product information from time to time.

As our products contain natural spices and ingredients, there may be natural variations in colour, aroma, texture and appearance between batches. These variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Ingredients, allergen information, nutritional information, preparation instructions and storage guidance may be provided on our website and product packaging. Please always check the packaging of the product you receive before consumption, particularly if you have allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected in your order. All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We may decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• there is an obvious error in pricing or product information;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
• an order exceeds reasonable purchasing quantities.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist; however, once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our Singapore online store are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Where GST is applicable, consumer-facing prices will include GST as required under Singapore law. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase. Singapore GST-registered businesses are required to display GST-inclusive prices to the public, including on websites.

Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time. Changes will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

If we discover an obvious pricing error affecting an order, we may contact you and offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a refund.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise us and our payment providers to process payment for your order.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, complimentary gifts, bundles or other special offers. 
Unless otherwise stated:

• promotions are subject to availability;
• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one promotional code may be used per order;
• discounts may not apply to delivery charges; and

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw a promotion where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, incorrectly or contrary to the promotion terms.
